Data Deletion Instructions

At Connektflow (operated by Adify360 LLP), we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of data we hold about you.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon your deletion request, we remove the following data associated with your account:

  • Account information (name, email, phone number)
  • Business details and documents
  • Connected integrations and access tokens
  • Message logs and conversation history
  • Customer contacts stored on our platform
  • Analytics and usage data linked to your account
  • Data retrieved from connected services (Shopify, Meta platforms, Email)

Important Notes About Connected Services

When you delete your Connektflow account, we only remove data stored on our servers. Data stored with third-party services remains with those services:

  • Shopify: Your Shopify store data remains with Shopify. To delete Shopify data, manage it directly in your Shopify admin.
  • Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook): Your messages and data on these platforms are managed by Meta. We only delete our copies.
  • Email providers: Emails on Gmail, Outlook, etc. remain with those providers.

How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Fastest)

  1. Log in to your Connektflow account at app.connektflow.com
  2. Navigate to Profile Settings (top-right avatar menu)
  3. Scroll to Delete Account section
  4. Confirm your decision by entering your password
  5. Your account and all associated data will be scheduled for deletion

Method 2: Email Request

Send an email to support@connektflow.com with:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Body: Include the email address associated with your Connektflow account
  • Verification: Send the request from the email registered on your account

We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

Method 3: Meta Platform Data Deletion

If you used Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) to connect to Connektflow and want to delete data from our servers related to those platforms:

  1. Email support@connektflow.com
  2. Subject: "Meta Platform Data Deletion"
  3. Include the Instagram username, Facebook Page ID, or WhatsApp phone number
  4. We will delete all data associated with these within 30 days

Deletion Timeline

  • Immediate: Your account is deactivated and you lose access
  • Within 7 days: Data is removed from active systems
  • Within 30 days: Data is removed from backups
  • After 30 days: No recoverable trace of your data remains

Data We May Retain

In limited cases, we may retain certain data after deletion:

  • Financial records: Invoices and payment records (as required by tax law, typically 7 years)
  • Legal holds: Data subject to ongoing legal proceedings
  • Aggregated analytics: Anonymized usage statistics that cannot identify you
  • Fraud prevention: Minimal records to prevent abuse

Confirmation

Upon successful deletion, we will send a confirmation email to the address on file. If you don't receive confirmation within 30 days, please contact us.
